By accessing or using ReelFlood, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 18 years old to use ReelFlood.

2. Description of Service

ReelFlood is an AI-powered video creation platform that enables you to generate UGC character images, create AI-generated videos, upload app demo videos, compose videos with AI voice dubbing, and manage your content library. Our service uses third-party AI providers to generate content.

3. Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account
  • Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access
  • One account per person

4. Billing, Payments & Refunds

Free & Paid Plans

ReelFlood may offer both free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans provide access to additional features, higher usage limits, or priority processing. Plan details and pricing are displayed on our website at the time of purchase.

Payment & Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on the plan you select). By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on each billing cycle. All fees are stated in US dollars unless otherwise noted.

Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.

Refunds

Payments are generally non-refundable. However, if you experience a significant service issue that we are unable to resolve, you may request a refund within 7 days of your payment by contacting [email protected]. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to grant or deny refunds at our sole discretion.

Price Changes

We may change subscription pricing from time to time. Any price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance and will apply to the next billing cycle after the notice period.

5. User Content & Ownership

Your Uploads

You retain full ownership of content you upload (demo videos, images).

AI-Generated Content

Content generated through our AI features is assigned to you. However, AI-generated content may not qualify for copyright protection under current intellectual property law, as copyright generally requires human authorship.

License to Us

By using ReelFlood, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service. We do not use your content to train AI models.

Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you create, upload, and distribute through ReelFlood.
